Cedar Tree
Way out in the distance
Far past the eye can see
Sits upon a hill
A giant cedar tree
And though that tree is old
It's strong as it ever was
And the people go there
Just to visit, just because
The tree is all alone
Nothing else is way up there
There are no wild animals
No deer or grizzly bear
It lives up on the hillside
As tall as it can be
And it's there because it is
It's there just to be free
