We’re All God

We’re all God

Right here, right now

Don’t know why

Don’t know how

Earth keeps spinning

‘Round and ‘round

Sun and moon

Sky and ground

We’re all God

Right in the present

Both ancestor

And descendant

Mountain ranges

Rivers vast

Day awakens

Light is cast

We’re all God

In all hues

Inhale, exhale

Life renews

Here today

To love another

Mother, father

Sister, brother

We’re all God

Animals, plants

Beautifully balanced

Pirouette dance

Quiet orbit

Constant flight

One half day

One half night

We’re all God

Seasons recall

Spring and summer

Winter, fall

Summer, harvest

Winter’s snow

Springtime rain

Seeds to sow

We’re all God

Right and just

Born of love

Light and dust

Helping hand

Friendly face

Let’s advance

The human race

We’re all God

Right here, today

It couldn’t be

Another way

What else is there

Left to say

Let’s all give thanks

And praise today
